As business owners, relationships with our friends, family, colleagues and each other have changed dramatically. MARCH – Radical Self Care for Business Owners
Personal health tends to slip into last place on the To Do list for busy folks who are running a business and a household. We’re here to help prevent (our own) potentially disastrous health outcomes by sharing our personal health tips and tricks, challenge our own internal challenges, and to learn and grow by asking for your help too. We’re excited to be real and raw about our highs and lows, and to pass along what’s working for us as we juggle all the To Dos in the life of a business owner.
